ReplyDeleteAs far as we can make out The Merkin had an "invalid" ticket but was still refused entry into the game there in Macedonia.
Last news was him cuddling a young cow under the table in a Big Screen Pub saying he wanted "authenticity".
Police were not amused.
Can anybody help?

Well, in fact I did watch the game.
ReplyDeleteAs I don't have Setanta, I was forced to join the proles in a local howff watching the big screen.
The game was as dismal as I had expected in my heart of hearts (though part of me had had some hope for a new start with Burley).
Problem was they were clueless.
Simple as that.
Still, it wasn't all bad.
A good friend sent a bottle of Smirnoff over for me.
I shall sleep well tonight.
PS a young cow would be very appreciated after last week's atrocity.
