Sometimes I just can't get your drift. Other times you hit the mark: this is one of the latter occasions. Sharp stuff.
Only brainless blue-bottomed baboons would vote NuLabour.
Problem is, Anti, that neither of the other parties are much of an alternative.
In Scotland we are a bit luckier and, so far, Salmond has not put a foot wrong. I am sure he is going to be 'hit' at some point.

Parties are overblown. A healthy dose of real [not party list] PR would take power away from the party claques and give it to the voters - which is why Zanu Labour and Contrick Tories cling to the corrupt winner-takes-all first past the post system.
Trouble is, populist politics might be even worse than party games.
Well Anticant : democracy is, I feel, always like this. It starts from the street and ends in the street.
What comes between is just an agreement of devils with no alternatives.
But in the end IDEOLOGY IS NOT DEAD and the RIGHT and the LEFT are not dead.
It is just that the RIGHT IDEOLOGY is POPULARIST today.
