HOME THOUGHTS FROM ABROAD
It is reported that some Norfolk and Suffolk folk are catching crabs and then not being able to handle them correctly.
When I was a nipper crabs were a natural part of life.

Always reminds me of that joke.
She drops her kecks and he is shocked.
You've got crabs.
What do you expect for $20, Lobster?
Forgive me for repeating it.
We do a good deal this week in jellied eels.
42 days old only.
"When I was a nipper crabs were a natural part of life."
I wouldn't boast about it, if I were you.
Perhaps you would prefer a goosing then Ben.
When i was nipper-snapper......
Merkin?
What kind of restaurants do you frequent we ask.....
Give me whelks anytime.
O those were the days me vinegar dish when whelks were part of the daily life.
Those were the days when Dover Soles were edible.
Are crabsticks the piscatorial equivalent of sausages? What exactly are they? Is there crab contents in any of them? And do the people of Norfolk and Suffolk know how to eat them? Or are they too busy guzzling Bernard Matthews provided turkey twizzlers, paid as salary in kind? That's what I often wonder.
No thanks - I am not the Crafty Chambermaid!
All meat to me.
