I think the Sally Army will soon go out on strike against all these firemen and women ripping off the system by taking cheap cups of tea and all that.

That strikes are going to go on and on for a while yet in the UK just as the return of boom and slump goes on and on - what can I say.
After all it was only meant as a short history of essential services built for all.
