Trouble is, the way lots of people behave today you can't tell whether they are employed, unemployed or just unemployable.
I prefer to think that there is no real measure of "people".
Damn it even the Darling Buds of May upset Maggie Thatch.
Well, you are lucky not be in the UK where, in a time of supposed work shortage, people contract to do jobs and then don't bother to turn up.
